An absolute cracker of a wine created as a collaboration between Italian import specialist QuelVino and an organic grower in Tuscany. Organically-farmed Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Grechetto, each spending 20 days on skins before pressing. Juicy apple flavours, with ginger and dried yellow flowers jumping out of the glass. Gorgeous golden colour; powdery green tea tannins. Serious stuff but so easy to like.
