Crunchy, fresh Pinot from the volcanic soils of mount Gambier. Lighter than last vintage––think of it like a dark rosé. Best enjoyed chilled.
2019 Les Fruits-Jus de Nature ’Gonzo’ Cinsault/Grenache
Biodynamic, Minimal intervention, Chilled Red Varietal: Cinsault/Grenache Origin: Barossa Valley, SA
Brilliantly energetic stuff from Tim Stock of Les Fruits here. From the expertly managed biodynamic site of Vine Vale in the Barossa comes this Provencal inspired light red blend of Grenache and Cinsault. Raspberry and pomegranate flavours with a delicate rosewater lift. Stick it in the fridge and you'd be forgiven for thinking it looks like Aussie Tavel. Superb.
2019 Little Reddie 'Bootleg'
Minimal Intervention Varietal: Nebbiolo/Refosco Origin: Central Victoria, VIC
Pat has blended Nebbiolo and Refosco resulting in a delightful cherry bomb! Nebbiolo brings a touch of class and tannin. Recommended with a light chill.
