On land owned by the nearby City of Dijon, head winemaker Marc Soyard has managed the vineyard - Pinot Noir and Chardonnay plantings - since 2013. Incorporating biodynamic viticulture practices with a hands-off approach in the cellar Domaine de la Cras produces super tasty, vibrant Burgundies.
100% Pinot Noir. Whole bunch, some semi carbonic fermentation with minimal sulphur added. Aged in a mixture of old and new barrels this wine offers crunchy red fruit with a subtle spicy finish.
