Biodynamic, Minimal intervention Varietal: Gamay Origin: Beaujolais, France
The Bertrand estate was established in the 1950's and is located in ‘Grand-pré’ a small pocket of Beaujolais the straddles both Fleurie and Morgon. All fruit is manually harvested and fermented in large concrete. Wines are then put to old oak for 6 - 10 months.
